From an idea to a plotted drawing
I created a collection of free browser-based tools for DrawingBots.com, helping pen-plotter artists generate artwork, prepare SVG files, experiment with typography, and preview drawings before plotting.
Built during 2025–2026, the collection brings together the steps that sit between a creative idea and a drawing on paper. Generate radial patterns and flow fields, turn photographs into line art, or compose text with single-stroke fonts. Then crop and optimize the paths, add effects, preview the result, and prepare a file for your plotter.
The tools run in the browser, with no installation required. Artwork is processed on your device. Each tool can be used on its own, while SVG provides a common format for moving artwork between them.
